I was born in Marietta, GA (Kennestone Hospital) way back when Johnson was President. My father was in the Army so I didn't stay there long. I have lived in Germany, Belgium, and England (my mother was British), and we moved back to the US in the late 70s. I went to High School in Douglas County and attended Georgia Southern University, back in the Tracy Ham days of football! I have been teaching math for 16 years, 12 years at Newnan High School, 2 years at East Paulding High School, and two years at Kennesaw Mountain High School. I chose to transfer to Allatoona because I have never opened a new school and wanted to experience the excitement and energy that goes along with the challenges. I am extremely excited, we have an awesome administration, faculty, and students! I am happily married to my husband Jim, a chemical engineer at FeedForward. I have 1 sister, 2 nieces, 2 nephews, and an Australian Shepard (Caesar - at dogster.com)
